Digital content, delivered immediately
Everything we sell is virtual content delivered to your account automatically, usually within seconds. At checkout you consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Until delivery has begun you may cancel for a full refund.
When we will refund you
We refund, without argument, when:
- the purchase was never delivered and we cannot deliver it;
- you were charged twice for the same thing;
- a payment was made on your card by a minor in your household without your permission;
- a payment was made fraudulently by someone who is not you;
- we permanently discontinue the server shortly after your purchase.
When we normally will not
- You changed your mind after the content was delivered.
- You bought the wrong tier, or bought on a mistyped username you have since corrected.
- You were banned or suspended for breaking the rules.
- You stopped playing.
- A cosmetic, kit, rank or game mechanic was changed, rebalanced or retired as the server evolved.
These are our normal decisions, not a removal of your rights. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a refund we have refused, that law wins.
How to ask
Email matijacolic2011@gmail.com from the address you paid with, including your Minecraft username, the date, the amount and the transaction reference. We answer as quickly as we can, and always within a reasonable time.
What a refund does to your account
A refunded purchase is removed from your account automatically. If a rank is refunded, the rank is revoked.
Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, the purchased content is removed automatically and your account may be suspended while the dispute runs. Please contact us first: we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund.
This does not affect your right to dispute a payment you genuinely did not authorise.
