Last updated: 24 August 2026. These terms govern your use of the SkullClub server, this website and its store. By playing on the server, creating an account or buying anything, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is operated by Matija Colic, based in Serbia ("we", "us", "the operator"). "You" means the person using the service. You can reach us at matijacolic2011@gmail.com.
2. Age and parental consent
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make a purchase with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the payment.
If a purchase is made on your payment method by a minor in your household without your permission, contact us before contacting your bank. We will normally refund it. See our refund policy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must buy using the exact Minecraft username you play on: ranks are applied to the name you give at checkout, and we cannot recover a purchase delivered to a name you mistyped.
You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your account.
4. What you are buying
Everything sold in our store is virtual content on our server. When you buy a rank you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use that content on our server for as long as we operate it and for as long as your account is in good standing. You do not acquire ownership of anything.
Virtual content:
- has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game;
- may not be sold, traded or transferred to another player, on our server or anywhere else;
- may be modified, rebalanced, renamed or discontinued as the server changes.
Packages may include cosmetic content, such as hats, wings, backpacks, armour trims and name colour, and gameplay content, such as additional kits. What a given package includes is stated on its store page at the time you buy it. Kits and game balance may be changed at any time as described in clause 10.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already completed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and normally immediate. If you are offline, the purchase is applied the next time you connect. Delivery depends on the server being reachable; a delay caused by downtime or by a fault at your payment provider is not a failure to deliver.
If a purchase has not been delivered within 48 hours, contact us at matijacolic2011@gmail.com with your transaction reference and we will deliver it manually or refund it.
7. Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, commonly 14 days, that right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately once you have given your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent and that acknowledgement at checkout.
Until delivery has begun, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
Our refund policy is set out separately at Refund Policy and forms part of these terms.
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, the purchased content is removed automatically and your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. This does not affect any statutory right you have to dispute a payment you did not authorise.
9. Conduct
You must not: cheat, use unauthorised clients or modifications that give an advantage, exploit bugs, harass other players, post unlawful or hateful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use the service for anything unlawful.
We may issue warnings, remove content, suspend or permanently ban an account for breach of these rules. A ban or suspension for breach of these terms does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already delivered, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserved indefinitely. We may, at any time and without compensation, change game mechanics, reset worlds or statistics, alter or withdraw cosmetics, kits and ranks, or discontinue the server entirely.
Where we permanently discontinue the whole service, we will give reasonable notice on this site where it is practical to do so.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual content, or loss arising from downtime, world resets or account suspension.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that mandatory consumer protection law reserves to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
SkullClub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation or any of their affiliates. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. Your use of the Minecraft client is governed by your own agreement with Mojang, which is separate from these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. A material change will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision is replaced by the enforceable provision closest to its intent.
